1. Who is responsible
This website, propertycenter-montenegro.com, is operated by Property Center Montenegro (“we”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact for any privacy question or request: hello@propertycenter-montenegro.com.
We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to everyone who uses the site, and the Montenegrin Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of Montenegro 79/2008, 70/2009, 44/2012, 22/2017; from 19 March 2027 — the new law published in Official Gazette 133/2026).
2. What we collect and why

Your data is used only to answer requests made through this website. We do not ask for special categories of data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising pixels. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
4. Who receives your data
- A partner real estate agency registered in Montenegro, which arranges viewings and purchases. We tell you which agency it is before passing anything on, and we pass on your name, contact details and request only when you ask for a viewing, an offer or contact with the agency. The agency then processes them as a separate controller.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, security and the storage of form submissions and click records (processor).
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — if you contact us in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Kapso — the business inbox we use to receive and answer WhatsApp messages (processor).
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with developers unless you ask us to put you in touch with one.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers process data in the United States or other countries. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Requests and WhatsApp conversations — up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a purchase in progress requires longer.
- Click records — 13 months, then deleted or anonymised.
- Hosting security logs — as set by Cloudflare, usually days.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@propertycenter-montenegro.com; we reply within one month.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Montenegro — the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama, azlp.me); in the EU — the authority of the country where you live.
8. Children
The site is meant for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We update this notice when our services or providers change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
