Choosing a project and an area
Prices “from”, unit types, sizes, completion stage, the developer company and distances to the sea, airport and towns — gathered on one page per project, each with its source and date.
Current prices and available units
Price lists change every few weeks. Ask in WhatsApp and we send the current price list, available units, floor plans and the payment schedule for the project you are looking at.
Viewings and the purchase
When you want to view a unit or make an offer, a registered partner agency in Montenegro arranges the viewing, the negotiation and the steps with the notary.
How we work with developers
We publish what a buyer needs to compare projects: the starting price, unit types and sizes, the payment terms, the construction stage and who the developer is as a company.
Every number on a project page shows its source — the developer’s own site or price list, the company register, listing portals or our own measurements — and the date we checked it. If a fact cannot be attributed, we leave it out.
The full price list and the list of available units come from the developer and are sent to you in WhatsApp, so you get the latest version rather than a copy that may be out of date.
How we work with our partner agency
We are not an estate agency. Under Montenegro’s real estate brokerage law (Official Gazette of Montenegro 89/2025), only registered intermediaries may act as agents in a property sale.
That is why viewings, negotiations and the transaction are handled by a partner agency registered in Montenegro. We tell you which agency it is before passing on your request, and we pass it on only when you ask for a viewing or an offer, with only the details needed for it.
